How to Use Card Management

We know our card holders are busy! That’s why we designed Interior Federal’s newest mobile app feature, Card Management. Card Management provides Interior Federal cardholders with the ability to manage your cards on the go. It is simple and secure and made to make our members lives easier! Keep reading to learn more.

Have you ever lost your card and were afraid of someone finding it and using it?

Card Management provides a toggle on and off function so that you can protect your cards on the go. You can also order a replacement card for lost/stolen cards within this feature. Card Management is available within Online and Mobile Banking.

Online Banking:

1. Login to Online Banking
2. Click on “Additional Services” on the top menu bar
3. Then click on “Card Management”

Mobile App:

1. Login to the Mobile App
2. Click “More” at the bottom right-hand corner
3. Click “Card Management” Across the top menu

After you are in Card Management you will see the following options:

• Card Management

This is where Interior Federal cardholders can toggle their cards on and off, report lost/stolen cards and order replacement cards.

• Purchase Rewards

This is where the Debit Card rewards program is housed. Members can look at current offerings and find up to date rewards point balances.

• Visa Access

This is your Interior Federal Credit Card balance, transactions, e-statements, balance transfers are held. Interior Federal Credit Card Holders can conveniently make payments here.

• Visa Member Rewards

Interior Federal Credit Card holders who love to earn points on every day purchases can check up on their latest rewards here.
