With our mobile app, you can set up four types of alerts that suit you:

1. Large withdrawal
2. Large deposit
3. Low balance
4. High balance

You have the flexibility to set the exact dollar amount for each alert and receive multiple notifications a day. This is a significant improvement from the previous once-a-day frequency, ensuring you are always in the loop about your account activity and provides you with peace of mind.

How To Setup Alerts

Getting started with Quick Alerts is a breeze:

For Mobile Banking:

1. Login
2. Select MORE.
3. Select the Settings toolbar at the top right of the screen.
4. Select Push Notifications.
5. Toggle INTERACT MESSAGES to green and other alerts you would like to be notified about.

For Online Banking:

1. Login
2. Click on ADDITIONAL SERVICES.
3. Select MOBILE ALERTS from the drop down menu
4. Opt to receive email alerts, text, or both.
5. Add an alert and select the dollar threshold.
