Update Your Personal Information Via Mobile Banking

At Interior FCU, our goal is to provide simplicity and convenience for our members. Through our mobile app, you can update any personal information on the go without utilizing a desktop computer.

Within mobile banking, you can update the following:

  • Address
  • Contact phone number
  • Email Address
  • Username
  • Password
  • Security authentication options

Updating Contact Information

Have you moved and forgot to update your address? Changed your number? You can update this information within the “Contact Information” section.

Here’s how:

  1. Login in to our mobile app.
  2. Select MORE at the bottom right of the screen.
  3. Select the gear icon (SETTINGS) at the top of the screen.
  4. Select MY SETTINGS and select EDIT next to the CONTACT INFORMATION
  5. Enter your new address and/or phone number, then select SAVE.

Have you downloaded our mobile app? Our app is available on the App Store, Google Play, and Amazon. 

Updating Your Email Address

Want to change your account email address to a new email address? You can complete this simply with these steps.

  1. Login in to our mobile app.
  2. Select MORE at the bottom right of the screen.
  3. Select the gear icon (SETTINGS) at the top of the screen.
  4. Select MY SETTINGS and select EDIT next to the PRIMARY EMAIL
  5. Enter your new email address and enter your password for security confirmation.
  6. Select SAVE.

Changing Username

You can change your username if necessary, not just online, but also through mobile banking.

Here’s how:

  1. Login in to our mobile app.
  2. Select MORE at the bottom right of the screen.
  3. Select the gear icon (SETTINGS) at the top of the screen.
  4. Select MY SETTINGS and select EDIT next to the USERNAME
  5. Enter your new username and enter your password for security confirmation.
  6. Select SAVE.

Updating Password

One key way of protecting against fraud is the updating your account password often. You can update your password within our mobile banking app.

Here’s how:

  1. Login in to our mobile app.
  2. Select MORE at the bottom right of the screen.
  3. Select the gear icon (SETTINGS) at the top of the screen.
  4. Select MY SETTINGS and select EDIT next to the PASSWORD
  5. Enter your current password, then enter a new password for your account. Re-enter the new password you created for confirmation.
  6. Select SAVE.

Update Security Authentication Options

There may come a time when you forget your password for unlocking your account. In order for us to help you access your account, you’ll need to make sure you have the most up-to-date phone number and email address for one-time security codes.

This process is similar to updating your phone number and email address.

Here are the steps:

By phone:

  1. Login in to our mobile app.
  2. Select MORE at the bottom right of the screen.
  3. Select the gear icon (SETTINGS) at the top of the screen.
  4. Select MY SETTINGS and select EDIT next to the SECURITY OPTIONS
  5. Enter your current phone number under BY PHONE. You can enter as many phone numbers as necessary.

By email:

  1. To receive one-time security codes by your primary email address, select the ON To update to the most recent email address, select UPDATE PRIMARY EMAIL.
  2. Enter your current password for security confirmation and select SAVE.

Keep a mental note of your new password and update your passwords if they are saved in your phone, such as an iPhone or Android. Stay protected against identity fraud!
